There was a Messiah workshop held at Christchurch, Chienham on the 10th February with David Gibson, who is the musical director of the Basingstoke Choral Society.This was a very well attended workshop and started with us all learning some new singing techniques. Here David is explaining about using the diaphragm.
We then tackled each of the main choruses in turn before a final sing through in the late afternoon. Many thanks to David for an enjoyable day.
